It's a great marketplace, don't get me wrong, I love selling and purchasing on it, but it needs much better moderation. Low quality submissions kill discoverability. Selling ebooks that you can get for free from Anna's Archive should get your account banned immediately. There needs to be a very, very long list of banned low quality listings that should get your account banned immediately. There should be no tolerance for it. It's like a cancer. You can't let it spread.

Yes, they need moderation. Yesterday they had "Empire Market" which was actually an illegal drug site, not just as a submission but allowed to be boosted to the very top of the homepage.
For whatever reason, they don't seem to care about their core service offering: having a way to buy random legal things with Monero in a reliable. They instead keep adding random features and want to add additional lanagues and so on, plus mirror the site to accept other currencies. It's basically shiny object syndrome at this point.
They need a dedicated paid moderator. If they can't figure this out then they will go the way of other Monero markets that came before them that admit it isn't profitable. It's not really focused on being a business and seems more like a hobby.
This is not to slander their effort, but to say they could turn it around with proper moderation and a better boost mechanism.
