MVP Launch of Monero.Jobs
Today I have launched the MVP of monero.jobs, a fully functional job board / freelancer market place that operates on XMR-only, with invoice generation facilitated through xmrpay.link.
The initial announcement got great traction, including a repost on X from @monero - I hope to gain this traction again!
For the time being the project is non-profit / completely free.
Let's create a new circular economy!

Congratulation monero.jobs for achieving more than 600 talent in the platform. There are also multiple job offer in the site but it is still few. I believe there are many employer out there that are interested to hire the talent from the site. I don't know the real trend of the problem but what I can conclude from the lack of job offer could be because of not many employer have Monero to begin with?
My assumption could be wrong but looking at what posted, there is a job offer to translate manga. Manga translation gig is pretty huge because there's alot of demand from international fans and official translation from a Japanese company can't cover them all. So if we already got the words out but there still few job offer it could be because the employer don't have monero to pay the talent.
This is pretty cool to see there's a job offer that will pay in Monero in this category and I believe translation business will play important part in Monero community.
