Thanks to @SpinningCat recommendation the new forum update allows you to set your public PGP key in your profile and also upload small text files to threads including .txt, .pgp, .acs files.
I've limited the file upload size to 2KB and did not allow arbitrary file upload due to the potential of abuse.

@admin as reported in chat, and Telegram group chat (https://t.me/monero_forum_chat/1287), please look into why I cannot add my public PGP public key block into my forum profile. No rush, just a reminder, and to leave notice here in the forum. Redundancy. =]
PGP/GPG public keys must be plain ASCII armored text. => Error message. All I am pasting is raw public PGP key block in such text field.
