If you’re looking to buy gift cards with Monero I’d recommend XMR.Cards.. I can personally vouch for them since I have bought dozens of gift cards from them using Monero.
They use Bitrefill for their card provider it seems so they offer everything Bitrefill does meaning you can get gift cards so basically anything in almost any country.
They do have fees but it's nothing crazy. Usually around 3-4%, and sometimes there’s no fee at all depending on the card.
The site itself works fine and no real complaints. The only thing I’d change is the QR code when you go to pay. It doesn’t include the amount, so if you’re using something like Cake Wallet you have to type the amount in yourself and if you type it wrong you could send the wrong amount so be careful.
