@RyzenTheThreadripper If you have a decent amount of capital and you want to start a side business, expect it to take a few years before you see an noticeable profit. The easier way is to buy a new computer and then "pay off" your intial payment by mining XMR.
That said though, if you think the price of XMR will rise long term, then yeah building a mining rig is a possibility. Though in this situation I'd say it is way more cost effective to just buy XMR.
