Since Bitcoin's transactions are public to everyone it's quite easy to figure out who own the most Bitcoin especially using services like Arkham.
With Monero it's a lot harder since the transactions are actually private and you can't look up the balances of addresses but using advanced chain analysis I think I've figured it out.
