pegasusswap swap xmr monero best option rate fast simple pgs

honest question

when people choose us for xmr swaps, most of the time it comes down to things like

rate?
speed?
no kyc?
trust?
understanding and friendly support when something goes wrong?

from our side, those are usually the reasons people come back, not just the rate
more often it’s the whole experience

curious how you guys see it

what’s the real deciding factor for you?
and what makes you trust one swap service enough to use it again?

havent tried it yet, only trocador and some that were integrated in cake
u seem chill af tho and seem to get what's up with monero
like, your swap service is more similar to trocador as you both are in the monero community
unlike for example fixedfloat that delisted then relisted for a quick buck and can just go fuck themselves lmao
and all the liquidity issues they kept having over the years too cause too much reliance on binance back then..
like i guess for me, the swap exchanges have been mostly just for bitrefill pretty much...
xmr.cards wasnt a thing yet (which iirc they rely on bitrefill still) but at least now can directly pay in monero on that without doing the swap thing
well there might still be once in awhile there might be a store or something that might not be on xmr.cards but is somewhere else
so in that case, what matter would be

  • rate? - meh, monero already has less fees than bitcoin so it's whatever, well, i guess it matters a bit still, like, if u doing a quick purchase thing, hopefully u not ending up with a massive bill thing instead lol
  • speed? - yes, very important, gotta complete at least within the limit of "bitrefill example" trade window
  • no kyc? - yes, this is no-kyc monero lol
  • trust? - yes, since it's not a decentralized cryptographically secure model, is a trust based model in this case

yeah that’s pretty much the real checklist tbh

rate matters, but not as much as:
speed
no kyc
trust

especially for monero users. if someone needs to pay for something fast, nobody cares about saving a tiny bit on rate if the swap takes forever or gets stuck. that kills the whole point.

and yeah, being closer to the monero crowd matters too. people can feel the difference between a service that actually gets the culture and one that just relists xmr when it’s profitable.

bitrefill-type use case is exactly where speed + reliability matter most. if the window is tight, the swap just has to work

The Matrix is a system. Monero is the exit.
