Hey Monero.Forum guys,

Let us introduce ourselves and our project, which was recently launched.
We are a small team of two DEVs who stand behind Bridgoro a P2P no-KYC/no-AML cryptocurrency exchange which allows users to trade directly with each other without a middleman with a focus on privacy and simplicity. We call our platform Semi-Decentralized because we combined a decentralized automated exchange with a centralized UX/UI part. The interesting part is that Bridgoro will be fee-free for the next six months, so no hidden fees only network fee for transactions.

So How It Works:

  • Buyer and Seller lock funds into a buffer wallet.
  • Our Escrow module ensures that funds from both parties are sent to the exchange.
  • Once both confirm the transaction, the trade is finalized.

    Keypoints:
  • Monero (XMR) support from day one.
  • Cross-chain exchange between the five following blockchains: XMR, BTC, ETH, TRX and SOL.
  • No KYC / No AML.
  • Direct P2P trades between users.
  • Built and maintained by a small independent team.
Important note: registration is required to use the platform. Only the email address is used for login purposes, so no other information is collected.

We've just opened access publicly and are currently at the early stage, closely monitoring how trades behave in real-time conditions. The first month is mainly about stability, feedback, and improving UX.

If you are into privacy-focused tools or P2P trading, we would really appreciate you checking it out and sharing your thoughts.
Feedback (especially critical) is extremely valuable for us right now.

About the beta testing:
Before the launch, we ran closed and open beta tests on Bitcointalk and Telegram.

  • hundreds of test trades were completed across different scenarios.
  • We intentionally tested edge cases (RBF, overpayments, underpayments, delays, incorrect amounts, partial payments).
  • Improved escrow logic to handle mismatches and prevent loss of funds.
  • Refined UX based on actual users' suggestions.
  • Fixed multiple critical bugs that only appeared under real usage.

We aren't claiming that everything is perfect now but the system has already been through real-world usage, not just local testing.

Will you be making this FOSS? If not, why should users trust you?

@ancap_objectivist The project will become open-source once we've polished all parts and ensured that releasing the code won't expose users to risks. We just want to be confident that making it public won't give potential bad actors an opportunity to look for exploits. After that, we will be glad to open it up to the community.
We are fully prepared to undergo a complete audit by a trusted, official company. This would be done under an NDA, ensuring that the code won't be published or disclosed until we make the project open-source.
