2fa cli mail

mails been such a headache, like for proton i knew it was bad, but last xenu/antimoonboy episode went even more indepeth on how bad protonmail actually is
using tuta too, paid mails, been aight so far
and the one i registered with, which they posted in the older forum but didnt remake a thread since
which, pretty happy with them so far, was able to make the accounts i needed with the free plan
and the paid plans like we were saying in the older thread were totally fair
mail providers is somethin i cant audit tho lol, i mean, what data/metadata is produced in which usecase or whatever, like idk, but yea, current mail provider been using i happy with and if they remake a post will thumbup just based on the fact that it working and i happy lol, but aside from that yea i cant audit more on those

anyways, the suggestion is to have an option to set 2FA with the CLI tools
sudo apt install oathtool gnupg2
watch oathtool -b --totp INSERT-2FA-CODE-HERE
like when websites required the "Google Authenticator" app, then it worked with those commands from CLI too
