rawtransaction transaction

Hello everyone. In a Bitcoin offline wallet, you can sign a raw transaction—that is, you can assemble a raw transaction and send it to a node. This is usually done by using an xpub to create an unsigned transaction, which is then signed within the wallet itself. Can I do the same in Monero? What tools are available? Wallets? I just need to assemble a raw transaction without an internet connection.

pretty sure it's a thing for monero too, would have to look what would be the exact steps tho
(or ask the llm for the steps lol)
but like, monerujo having the sidekick thing with 2nd offline phone so i guess they figured out an actual implementation of it:

Sidekick is a new companion app that you can install on a secondary phone to authorize access to your Monero wallets in Monerujo. That way, as long as you keep that phone offline, it works as a do-it-yourself Bluetooth-powered hardware wallet.
