- The guarantee -

  • Identity documents are never required.
Not to start an order, not to receive a payout, not to obtain a refund, and not in a dispute. There is no condition, threshold, amount or circumstance under which they are asked for.

This is written into the terms page itself, not a marketing claim — ostbro.com/terms.

  • Deposits are not screened.
Where your coins came from is not checked, not scored against any list, and does not affect whether an order completes. No order is frozen, held or delayed pending review. There is no review.

- What makes it different -

  • Eight separation settings.
You decide what the swap reveals. Each states its price and what it hides before you place the order:
Setting Price What it closes
Delayed payout +0.15% the match between when you paid in and when the payout appears
Split payout +0.25% no single outgoing amount equals what you sent
Payout addresses +0.3% nothing groups the parts into one recipient
Deposit range +0.2% the exact amount stops being a marker
Separate source +0.45% the payout has no shared history with your deposit
Deposit addresses free your own funding is not gathered into one transaction
Odd amounts free round figures are the first thing anyone searches for
Forget immediately free nothing is left to look up on this side

Delay runs 20 min to 12 h. Split adds one network fee per part.
Payout addresses up to five. Deposit range is ±2%.

Three of the eight are free.

  • A signed guarantee on every order.
The rate, the amounts, the deadline and the addresses are signed with the ostbro key at the moment the deposit address is issued. Save the block — if anything changes later, the signature stops matching.

  • A warrant canary with a Bitcoin block hash, replaced on schedule. What matters is not what it says but that it keeps arriving.

  • The refund address is collected before you pay. Late deposit, wrong amount, an order that cannot complete — the coins go back there. Services that skip this field ask for documents at the moment they owe you money.

  • No JavaScript anywhere.
Every step is a plain form. The site works at Tor Browser's Safest level — no scripts, no SVG, no external fonts or requests. That is what it was built for.

- Coins, networks and minimums -

Minimums are recalculated from live prices, so the coin figures move. These are current at the time of writing:

Coin Networks Min (Monero on one side) Min (coin to coin)
XMR Monero 0.1
BTC Bitcoin 0.0033 0.0066
ETH Ethereum 0.104 0.208
LTC Litecoin 4.82 9.64
DASH Dash 4.86 9.72
BCH Bitcoin Cash 1.14 2.27
SOL Solana 2.54 5.08
TRX Tron 743 1490
USDT Tron · Ethereum · Solana 250 500
USDC Ethereum · Solana 250 500

- Rates -

  • 3–3.5% - with Monero on one side
  • 4–5% - coin to coin, or the same coin in and out
  • plus the network fee, shown before you send

The rate is a band and not a fixed number on purpose: a fixed percentage would let anyone holding a payout divide it back to the deposit. The exact figure is drawn when your deposit address is issued, printed there with it, and does not move afterwards.

- How it works -

  1. Pick the coins and the amount.
  2. Give the payout address and the refund address.
  3. Choose separation settings, or none.
  4. Read the summary, then place the order.
  5. Send to the one-time deposit address before the deadline.
  6. The payout leaves after the required confirmations.

Every deposit address belongs to one order and is never reused.

- Verify -

PGP fingerprint: 9470 28CC 3ED5 4931 5C83 6DFF 16AD E81A 9BE1 D7DE

The same key is served from the clearnet and the onion address.
Compare the fingerprint across both before trusting it.

- What is not promised -

  • A completion time.
Estimates are estimates, and both chains have their own opinion.
  • Availability.
A route can overload or be paused.
You see that before you send, not after.
  • That a swap is private.
A swap between two transparent coins stays public on both chains, and no wording here changes that.
The separation settings change what a watcher can pair up; they do not make a transparent chain private.

- Contact -

A ticket on the order page — attached to the order, no address of yours needed.
SimpleX for everything else: no account, no address, no email.
Both on Contacts.

Incidents are published by us, not by complainants:
ostbro.com/incidents

Questions here are welcome.
