๐Ÿ”Ž KycNotList.com โ€” No KYC / No AML Crypto Exchange Monitor
Compare exchange directions, KYC/AML levels, reviews, and risk signals in one place

We are pleased to introduce KycNotList.com โ€” a new crypto exchange monitoring platform focused on No KYC / No AML exchange services and transparent risk visibility for users.

Many exchange monitors focus almost entirely on rates.
Our goal is different:
to help users compare exchangers not only by price, but also by KYC policy, AML behavior, reviews, and other practical trust signals.

What KycNotList offers:
๐Ÿ”ธ Exchange direction monitoring
๐Ÿ”ธ KYC level labels
๐Ÿ”ธ AML level labels
๐Ÿ”ธ Deposit indicator as an additional risk reference
๐Ÿ”ธ User reviews
๐Ÿ”ธ Multilingual interface
๐Ÿ”ธ Exchanger application form for listing requests

Why we built it:
โœ… to make exchange selection more transparent
โœ… to highlight services with lower verification pressure
โœ… to give users a faster way to compare rates and risk factors together

If you notice a discrepancy or want a new site added to the registry, please report it in this thread. Feedback is welcome!

We have made some changes to our service.

  1. We have launched a TOR domain:
    i5by3lcjqlbw7nbyqnxtprnhasbhkdt6nonwofa5f7hrvq2g3gkbsfqd.onion

  2. On each exchangeโ€™s page, we now display information about which forums and platforms the exchange is listed on, as well as the number of reviews from other resources. We also note if the exchange has a deposit in escrow on BitcoinTalk and provide you with this data for your own analysis. In our opinion, it is convenient to check this before each exchange to ensure that the exchange has not encountered any issues.

  3. Change in deposit rules:
The deposit now serves as a security deposit; in the event of fraud on the part of the exchange, we will compensate affected users using the exchangeโ€™s deposit.
The exchange may request the deposit; in such a case, the deposit is removed from the platform, and the exchange receives the deposit one month after the request, provided there were no defrauded users on its part.

Weโ€™d love to hear your thoughts on what else we could change about our service to make it more user-friendly and useful for the community.

KYCnotlist.com โ€” service update

Hello forum members!

We would like to announce that several new updates and improvements have been added to KYCnotlist.com. We continue to develop the service to make it more useful, transparent and convenient for users who want to compare crypto exchanges and other services with no KYC / no AML policies.

What has been added and improved:

  • A new service category has been added.
  • More than 10 new services have been added to the catalog.
  • New service labels have been added: TOR, NoLog, NoJS, PGP.
  • PGP guarantee letter authenticity verification has been added.
  • Deposits made by listed services are now treated as insurance deposits. In case of fraudulent actions by an exchange service, these funds may be used to compensate affected users.
  • The deposit refund period upon request from the exchange service is 2 weeks.
  • The interface and general website navigation have been improved.

Our goal is to make KYCnotlist.com a more transparent and useful tool for users who want to evaluate crypto services, their conditions, risks and trust level before using them.

We would be very grateful if forum members could check the updated interface and share their feedback.

We are especially interested in your opinion on:

  • What did you like?
  • What looks inconvenient or unclear?
  • What features should be added in future updates?
  • Which services do you think should be added to the catalog?

Any constructive criticism, comments and suggestions will help us improve the project.
