No-JavaScript version is live.

El Capo now ships a fully no-JS build. The main site stays as it is, JavaScript and all. This one is separate, and it serves the whole exchange as plain HTML. No scripts, no trackers. Kill JavaScript completely (Tor Browser on Safest, NoScript, your call) and it still works: quote, create, pay, track. Provably no-JS. The page can't run a script, and you can check the headers yourself.
