The October 5 testnet hard fork is nearly here and is the next big milestone. FCMP++ potentially moves the anonymity set from 16 outputs to the entire chain, while also bringing things like transaction chaining and outgoing view keys into the picture.

Carrot is also being developed alongside it as a new transaction and addressing system, and a lot of the supporting work is already in the codebase.

I'm not worried about OVK, it changes nothing, but its obviously been 'big billed' in for spying. Whatever, it would be a shame not to sell some data. The police are the criminals and the criminals are the police.
