I've been seeing a lot of Windows 95 concept art made with AI of crypto wallets but that's lame! Using Codex I actually made a working Monero GUI wallet that can send and receive transactions.
Sorry for the crappy quality I'm running this on real hardware and taking pictures with my phone
Here's seed generation and yes it generates a real 25 word Monero seed

Here's the send page and yes it actually sends real transactions

Here's the receive page that generates real Monero addresses

And here's the transactions page with a transaction I sent it with cake wallet

The seed generation and address generation is actually done on Windows 95 running on real old hardware, no VM trickery.
The only thing is there is no way I'm actually connecting this to the internet so I setup a network between my laptop and this computer and there is a bridge program that talks to Monerod. It works kinda like how Monero GUI works using remote nodes.
