Hello, so the short answer to that question is: Monero is better.

Let's think about this: imagine someone wants privacy on a public network like Bitcoin. They could mix coins using a tool like Tornado Cash, which is basically a coin scrambler.

Anyway, they can do that, but when they want to send it to an exchange, for example, it will show that those coins went through a process considered illegal for transactions monitored by the state.

Notice how those coins are marked, or tainted? This happens similarly with Zcash coins.

For transactions where you want privacy, you have to manually activate it. This kind of gets marked on the network. This happens because most Zcash transactions are public; only a minority are truly private. So wallets that make private transactions get tainted.

In Monero, since privacy is active by default, all transactions remain confidential due to the fact that the entire network is more homogeneous. Ring signatures explain this: We currently have 16 baits, only one of them signed the transaction, but you don't know who. You only know that one of them actually signed.

We also have a fairer and more decentralized mining system that allows mining using regular CPUs.Please check the information for yourself. I may have made a mistake here or there. Our motto is: Privacy is optional, not privacy. Best regards.

It's worth giving it a chance
