It's interesting how different it is for us:
This is the percentage of invoices paid by each coin.
And this graph is instead of invoice count, it is total invoice value percentages for each coin.
Stats are for the last 12 months.
So I think I can say that although Monero is the most popular coin, BTC and LTC users seem to spend a small amount more in each transaction.

Thanks for posting the actual split, Kodomu. Count versus value is the right comparison: it explains how Monero can lead on invoices while BTC and LTC still carry somewhat larger payments. Real invoice data beats guesses.
