Monero has non-compliance problem

Monero is privacy by default cryptocurrency which makes it for us glowies hard to prosecute criminals who use it for their illegal activities. This non-compliance problem justifies our crackdown of monero on centralized exchanges because after monero is transfered from an exchange it gets almost impossible to track down. My proposal is for centralized exchanges to flag any and all users who buy monero for compliance.
