This is a project idea for someone who can spare some time and wants to earn monero.

There are lots of cheap kindles available online, but most of them are locked into amazon services. They would be much more valuable if they could read arbitrary pdf and epub files. However, selling jailbroken devices is often against the terms and services of online sales platforms. The solution would be to sell them on xmrbazaar.

So your project would be to buy cheap kindles, jailbreak them, and sell them on for monero.

This idea occurred to me because I was trying to jailbreak a kindle and found it a pain in the ass and wish I could just buy one already unlocked.

@SpinningCat The Op mentioned a ToS violation. You make the leap to a fed honey pot, then an extra absurd leap to Mossad putting bombs in pagers. My entire argumenmt, from the start, has been you cannot compare a ToS violation to fed honey pots or targetting bombing. I've said that multiple times. But it doesn't matter. I'm done with this conversation. Its utterly ridiculous where you have taken this to based on what the OP is.

"ToS" in OP is regarding the seller, not the buyer
my points were regarding risks to the buyer of some random electronic of the internet that could be tempered with, knowing it's being sold for monero, buyer could be a target to be sold tempered hardware, whatever it might be
showing examples of tempered hardware is not a connection between "the nsa is gonna sell you exploding kindles", it's to show, hardware is being tempered by literally whoever

so the tldr of this current thread:
you're a shill for sellers protection
am a shill for buyers protection
