I got the VCC but it is declined on Stripe payments - XMRVCC

This has been my experience as well when using VCCs. I've never found one that's worth a damn for making anonymous purchases. The payment processors and certain merchants seem to have the ability to use their anti-fraud detection to detect and block VCCs and gift cards. Would you mind sharing which OS and browser you were using? Did you use a VPN or proxy? Did you use a legitimate billing address given to you by XMRVCC? That part was cut off in your screenshot.
