Hackers say that they used Meta’s AI support chatbot to break into a host of high-profile Instagram profiles by asking the support bot to change the email address associated with the target account. The claims coincide with a series of high-profile Instagram account takeovers, including the Barack Obama White House account, the Chief Master Sergeant of Space Force’s account, and Sephora’s account.
This has to be one of the most absurd exploits ever lol.
And people ask why I'm against AI at all.
The price crisis isn't helping, but this sort of thing shows why you can't even trust it.

@Kodomu If AI turns into the next big thing instead of crypto for all the impure, get rich quick assholes to flock to, it could be a good thing. Crypto dies as a result and Monero wouldnt even budge. Bright side kind of shit here.
@H1XMR Well, if I ignore that I think it would cause irreparable damage to society for intelligence to become a subscription fee, it would harm our business both in hardware pricing (it was bad enough before AI, now we can't even get the servers we want at all) and on the managed hosting side too.
So at least some XMR businesses would suffer, and I wonder if in turn due to the tech price hikes, if there would end up being less miners for monero.

@Kodomu all of what you said is already happenening, cat's out of the bag, unfortunately.
It's a pretty grim time period, even when the bubble bursts I dont think a clean recovery would be easy. Wonder how long it's going to last.
