In my opinion, trading is not investment, but can be complimentary to investment in three big ways.

Trading will take all your money a lot quicker than investment, but investors face the same pitfalls over a longer time frame. Trading is therefore the best school in the world for investors because it provides a much more timely education on all the pitfalls of the game. The very worst pitfall is believing in those fucking liers. Don't believe a fucking word they say.

Trading can find an edge with a different risk profile to your investments. This provides an oppotunity for further diversification than otherwise possible. For survival its better to invest more than you trade obviously.

Its all liquid, onchain and not a single KYC in this beautiful utopia :D

@Nebuchadnezzar_II Yea I can def agree with this. When I hear the word investment, I think long term. And while as I said the trading thing isn't for me, I can't fault anyone for doing it. So long as one knows what they getting into and know the risks (which I assume you surely do).

@bulletbill22 kinda boring because its just yoyoing all day. But still a bit tense because maybe it will move suddenly.

@Nebuchadnezzar_II Well I'd say that you know there are risks and acknowledge em, you're much better off than a lot of people who are doing this

Trading short in crypto damages the coin you trade.

@NickZ2 Lucky for monero then I'm a drop in the ocean. You probably won't accept that excuse. To be entirely honest I hold no moral alligience to any crypto coin or monetary ideology. If you ask me, all money is part of the same system of pain which has very little to do with Austrian ideals, rusting away in some dingy vault. My advice to anyone would be to take what you can and batton down your own hatches with the treasure you can save. That treasure is ultimately the only thing thats any good in all this shit, nature and community. All I'm saying really is that I think its silly to be parisan in a game like this.
