@yayogerardo no, i know from the X account of the admin that he is from Canada, and remember what happened to Tradeogre, Canada government stole the funds. this is of course the optimistic view that the admin is a good person and didn't exit scam, just had an opsec failure which lead to this. or he did exit scam.
someone in the Wownero Telegram channel said the liquidity wallets were drained and swapped over NEAR Intents, which is a centralized honeypot supported by ZODL. this makes me believe this is the work of a government, because an admin of a Monero forum would do it the Monero way.

As for forum alternatives, monerica itself regards xmrhub as immature, the monerica forum is quite empty as of now, the monero observer lounge is small but chill it seems.
The xmrbazaar forum is kinda hard to navigate, mostly scam reports
Stasher news had a lot of mirrored posts from here, the monetary incentive inventivizes posts
But I could iust browse the kf Articles and News board xD
