Hi Monero community,

EXC24 is a crypto swap-only service supporting Monero (XMR) through integrated liquidity providers.

Service scope

● Crypto ↔ Crypto swaps only
● XMR ↔ other crypto assets
● No fiat support

We operate as a technical integrator.
User funds are not held on EXC24 accounts.

Operational transparency

● EXC24 operates as a swap aggregator integrating third-party liquidity providers
● EXC24 does not custody user balances
● Swap execution depends on provider liquidity and confirmation requirements
● No trading accounts are required.

Fees

● 1% swap fee
● Minimum fee: $2

Network fees are included in the quoted rate

Monero payment flow

● XMR processing is handled by integrated liquidity providers
● Required confirmations and execution rules depend on the provider
● Settlement is automatic after confirmations

EXC24 does not run custodial user wallets.

KYC

● EXC24 does not initiate KYC
● In certain cases, a liquidity provider may request verification
● As of now, we have not experienced KYC in standard XMR swap scenarios

Refunds

● Refunds, if applicable, are processed in the incoming asset
● Handling depends on provider rules and transaction state

We’ve rolled out a new update on EXC24 🔧

Here’s what’s improved:

• Orders now stay active based on deposit time (no more premature expirations)
• Better matching between deposits and orders - more forgiving on small differences
• Clear display of required confirmations before processing
• Improved mobile view for order tracking
• Minor UI & infrastructure updates

Smoother, clearer, more reliable - that’s the goal.
