@Daemon Ummm, honestly it's a little bit "off" when you buy something "legally" with fiat while using an escrow service for payment.
Yes, I support it to boost Monero users, but the issue remains, the merchant will, or almost surely will, use the current system instead of actually adopting Monero. So it's just tunneling the payment instead of leading to real Monero adoption.
Somehow, I love how... in some Latin American countries that really adopted Bitcoin (it made the news), they literally receive bitcoin directly from buyer to merchant, while other people act as money exchangers. I think that's much more peer-to-peer and decentralized instead of you > mediator > merchant using fiat.
Anyway, it's a good first step.
