Q: Do you rent your hardware or resell VPSes from other providers?

A: No.

A: We 100% own our own VPS nodes outright, we do not rent, lease or borrow them. For some legacy managed services and our DNS, we use some of our own and some services rented worldwide from trusted providers as we don't operate in multiple locations yet, but we are always working towards as much independance from others as possible.

A: We will never offer services using resold, rented, borrowed or leased hardware for VPSes without full disclosure on the listing to our customers including which provider we resell from. We believe any other stance towards this would be dishonest.

Q: What languages do you support?

A: We offer support in both Japanese, Korean, and English, please note that not all our administrators are experienced multi-linguals and so availability of support in your prefered language may vary. Urgent support requests may be machine translated if your preferred language isn't available.

A: You can set your language preferences in your user details.

Q: I don't like any of the VPS plans, can you do custom ones?

A: Yes, please contact us for a quote. In general we charge $1/vcpu/mo, $1.5/GB/mo for ram, $0.1/GB/mo for NVME SSD, $5 per additional IPv4 and approximately $40/mo per 100Mbit Unmetered Bandwidth, we may be able to offer better rates for larger orders. We plan to adjust our system in future to offer this customisation by default.

A: At the time of writing, we can offer NVME storage of up to and potentially over 10TB.

A: Please note that we may respectfully decline unreasonable configurations that would significantly unbalance node utilisation. For example, we cannot currently offer 64 cores with 1 GB of RAM and 10 GB of disk for $80. That said, we are generally flexible and can accommodate most storage configurations.

Q: What templates do you offer?

A: Currently we offer a range of common and up to date cloudinit templates, these can be immediately provisioned easily and you can have your VPS ready to use in under a minute.
Debian 12/13
Ubuntu 24/25
Almalinux 9
Rockylinux 9
CentOS 10
Alpine Linux 3.23
Arch Linux 2026.03.01

Q: What ports are blocked on your services?

A: We block the following ports/services by default:
25 (SMTP)
67 (DHCP Server)
135 (RPC)
137/138 (NetBIOS)
139/445 (SMB/SMBswat)
465 (SMTPS)
587 (Submission (Email))

A: We are more than willing to unblock ports for you as long as you can justify your requirement for them. For SMB we recommend that this is only activated over a private LAN between VPSes, for email, please see our additional requirements below.

A: This list may not be complete, and we may choose to block additional ports in future if we see abusive behaviour from them.

A: Private LANs between VPSes are not subject to any restrictions on these ports.

Q: Can I use my VPS for email?

A: You definitely can

A: Contact us, we will request you add a TXT record to your domain to verify your ownership of the domain, this record will need to be left enabled at all times as it doubles as a contact address to report abuse, we will also need to know your hostname so we can set it on reverse DNS. You MUST set up SPF/DMARC/DKIM for your email server.

A: For new clients or those on our lower tier plans, we may require you to deposit a minimum of $30 credit to your account, this isn't taken by us to unblock the ports, but it helps us to reduce abuse. It can be put toward payment for any services with us.

A: Please note that sending spam emails will result in immediate suspension with no refund!

Q: Do you oversell resources on your nodes?

A: We oversell on network speed only as it is cost prohibitive to purchase dedicated network bandwidth for each VM, our nodes only have a limited connection speed which is shared between all users on the node, but it is extremely uncommon that many users attempt to use 100% of their provisioned network speed at once. We may provision more cores in total than available on our nodes but we monitor the CPU usage and ensure we aren't causing issues with CPU Stall/CPU Steal.

A: For disk, we use thin provisioning (and set the discard flag in all VMs to enable trim) but we do not provision more disk space than we have available, we only use this to reduce wear on our disks so that free space on VMs can be used for wear levelling.

Q: Do you require KYC?

A: We don't require KYC for any of our services.

Q: Do you offer refunds or withdrawal of account balance?

A: We offer refunds back to crypto within the first 14 days of service purchase, the mining fee will be taken from the refund. We offer refunds for part used services at any time to account balance, and these can be used for other services.
We don't generally offer withdrawals of account balance without prior agreement, such as for affiliates who provide a large number of referrals.

Q: Where are your servers located?

A: Our VPS and colocation infrastructure is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Our other services are distributed throughout Europe and the USA.

Q: Do you accept Cryptocurrencies?

A: We accept Monero, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Lightning, as well as Litecoin via our self-hosted BTCPay Server, we do not use third party payment processors.

A: If you're converting from other coins through an exchange, we highly prefer Monero to other coins.

Q: Can I host X?

A: We generally are quite permissive, but we are not bulletproof. As long as you follow the laws of the location of our servers, and do not host malware/spam/phishing/scams/terrorism, you would generally not have trouble. We primarily aim to permit freedom of speech and a law of the land policy where possible.

A: We do not comply with DMCA as we are not a US company, and do not and will not have US locations, but we will comply with legitimate and valid local copyright takedown requests or local court orders.

A: If you are unsure about what you want to host, please feel free to contact us.
