i really liked you perspective on opensource in today's days, with AI being used globally to find vulnerabilities and whatnot
like, was actually hoping for this forum to be fully opensource as well, but now i also start to get that perspective too, as there was a thread back when it was still on discourse, explaining the DNM perspective on these, that in those extreme threat models, they cant be taking the risk of having everyone just looking at their source code
and like, literally all the forums been having a very short lifespan there... with even BF for example... those are made by the most talented people out there, and yet those creditentials got leaked too... that's just fucked up that in these day and age, having a secure platform seems to literally be an impossible feat even for literally the most talented people on this planet...
so also massive props to this current forum right here that been holding up so far, considering literally all of the threat models that this space has to deal with
