well, the FSF thing is pretty massive, apparently people also wanted to donate to GNOME but it just turned into drama “cryptocoins are for the criminals” or somethin lol
the amount requested on the CCS tho is really not alot tho so shouldnt be a worry to fund it, if it ever gets to funding
and the timeline for completion is pretty short as well
an other downside i been mentioning too however, is those side projects (when talking about mobile wallets & hardware wallets tho, wasnt browser extensions) is that, alot of these stopped being maintained, Monero support dropped left and right because they cant keep up with Monero protocol updates and so on (and FCMP++ is still on the way too)
