So you’re happy to operate illegally then, that is definitely of interest of the people who host with you, if you can’t even be bothered to pay for up to date software to keep their data safe.

Feel free to explain everything you like to me then, you need to explain everything I brought up, including how this price is actually viable for you, because hint, it almost certainly isn’t unless you’re overselling.
So basically nothing they said in the chat is even worth trying to post here, all of it just deflection about their misleading practices, so little attempt was given to actually refute anything I brought up that I decided I wasn’t going to take it seriously anymore.
I’ll post it anyway since I’m not about to behave like I have anything to hide like these guys do.

To give false statements is not really kosher. It sheds a not so nice picture of the person promoting the service. The whmcs licence, well some people obviously don’t like it. And there is a danger using those except if you have nulled it yourself and you monitor your files and know what you are doing.
just my 2 cents.
I understand that if you don’t have experience with using hosting companies, these claims I make might sound false, but all of these come from a position of experience using hosting companies for over five years, both privacy and non privacy ones. Some of the things I mentioned are also impossible for me to lie about, such as falsely advertised discord server members or trustpilot review count/score.
The intention was to bring all these questionable points, and had the host reacted in a better way than they did and actually refuted them properly with evidence, as any genuine hosting company that wants to maintain their reputation would gladly do, then I would have acted more civilly, but given their reaction, it doesn’t seem like they can or want to refute my points.
In my opinion there is no excuse for nulled WHMCS in any way, billing and hypervisor software is some of the most highly targeted software with easily some of the biggest ramifications for being compromised because it handles not only basic user data, but also dozens or hundreds of virtual machines that could be hosting other websites with lots of user data or people’s private stuff, it has to be always up to date. It is also a really bad indicator of a host’s finances if they can’t afford the the relatively cheap cost of a licence for it.
For a host to have nulled it themselves, they would need access to a reliable original copy of it, and for that, they’d need to have a licence to access the downloads. We also cannot exactly rely on this host having done that, if anything that would be extremely uncommon if not rare for a host to do it themselves. Now given the host’s presence on at least 10 hacker forums, including several russian ones where these nulled copies of WHMCS come from, I’m leaning towards them not having done it.
It brings me back to the point that this provider is following the same path as the usual scammer hosts, to price way cheaper than everyone else, and then close up shop and run away with the money when they get enough people using the service. There is a great post here about it which explains all the red flags here: https://drama.gg/d/6-summer-host-club

Well done hiding my posts, what great behaviour from such a genuine hosting company.
I will ensure that this information is not censored and it will be posted elsewhere as well where you cannot censor it.
