hey allark
still waiting on the 14 XMR that u scammed from me on the app session back in september 2024
since i dont have bank acc, used someone as a proxy for that, you couldnt pay them and agreed to a refund, you had my xmr address for it and even months later you still didnt repay me
please do the refund, am kinda broke, u should still have the xmr address

We don’t keep records of transactions and without a session history we have to manually go through all the records which auto-erase all details in 7 days, so it is difficult for us to comb through thousands of transactions and find out what a particular case refers to by indirect information, we will look into outstanding refunds but again, Session is best for a chain of communication. :slight_smile:

Hello,

Due to the drop in Monero’s price, we would feel more comfortable with a refund, to also avoid a loss on your end with the fiat side of things

I dont have the numbers in front of me as of right now but please verify on your end as well if it matches the estimates

Ticket was open on Sept 3rd, price at the time was around $172 - $173 (or roughly 154 euros) per Monero

On the website, entered the amount in $ USD which was around $3,300 for 3,000 euros after conversion

Which at $172 (or 154 euros) per Monero, the transaction was indeed around 19 XMR total (as per 3,000 euros divided by 154)

So far, we received if I am not mistaken about 1,094 Euros through SEPA (I don’t have the exact numbers in front of me but I believe that was it)

So by taking the same price as it was on the Sept 3rd date, 1,094 euros divded by 154 euros per XMR, that is around 7 XMR

Deducting those 7 XMR from the total of 19 XMR, a refund would be, if I am not mistaken around 12 XMR

So whenever everything is sorted out on your end, you could send a refund of approximately 12 XMR (minus fees as you see fit for your troubles and also running the math on your end), to the address below:

This is somewhat confusing but we will go through this and try to figure out what this is referring to, so there were multiple successful transactions and then one failed transaction via SEPA?

Usually that is a flagged account by the banks and there isn’t much we can do about it but first, we will try and hunt this down.

i sent a single transaction of 19 XMR (worth 3k euros at the time) for a SEPA transfer
you sent 1 transaction of 1k euro but the rest never went through
so instead of waiting on the rest, we agreed on a refund of 12 XMR instead, which u put me in the queue since
the wallet finished syncing, it’s been more than a year now that i should be in the queue and still didnt receive the refund lol
